Just to let you know, I had the same issue. After several weeks of trying
to figure out the problem, I found that the C:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Access\ADE11 directory (or
which
ever directory it is trying to write to) was marked as Read Only. See if
this will work for you. Now my PDW works great.
