Re: Runtime and MDAC problem

Thanks Chris !
I've seen your (very interesting) post. (congratulations for that)
But here I'm already (I think so) at all the latest SP's (Off XP-SP3, and XP
developer SP1).

You're totally right, I'm just trying to install a miserable 1.300 euros
little app !

And, the most incredible, Microsoft France (who's supporting french
countries) said to me today :
'sir, your problem is "exceptional" and the men who could solve it is not
here today.."
(incident created Sept 5, 2005 ..)
Microsoft you said ??

The crazy things ?
The Windows Runtime application "opens" requesting the app password,
immediately after that the (red) infaming screen : MS-Access has encoutered
a problem and needs to cloose. WE ARE SORRY for this inconvenience ..."

I have even dropped very common .MDB programs, and immediately the same
"Sorry mesage"

What to do more ?? wait for MS reaction, call Gates on his mob ??

Thanks again for your reactions !

Bruno
