Access developer design aid no longer functions..

When I am in design mode and I click on the tool bar to add a combo box, I no
longer get a pop-up screen that allows me to select "Retrieve data from a
field, type the data I want, etc". I use this feature a lot and now it does
not work.

I recently got "Crystal Reports" added to my machine and that is about the
time I realized that the design aid feature no longer worked.

I have tried "resetting" my options and toolbars but that did not fix the
problem.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions, they'd be greatly appreciated. I am
about ready to request Access2000 be RE-installed on my computer.
