Why do you say "only clients who have WinXP or better can upgrade to new
AccessXP"?

According to http://www.microsoft.com/office/previous/xp/sysreqs.asp the
system requirements for Office XP are Win98 or better. Even Office 2003
doesn't require WinXP or better: it'll run on Win 2000, SP3.
