    I'm running Windows XP professional (with SP2). I've installed VS.NET 2003
Enterprise Architect (including MSDN) and Office 2003 Professional. After
installing the Visual Studio Tools for Office (which succeeds), I cannot find
the Access Package and Deployment Wizard anywhere on the machine (no
    shortcuts either).

Initially, I had installed Office prior to VS.NET (which I understand is the
incorrect order), but I have since completely re-installed Office and the
Office tools to no avail. Any recommendations?
