I'm sorry for your loss.

This newsgroup is about the database technology "Data Access Pages" and,
as such, you won't find here the same level of information about the general
accessibility features of WinXP than you can find on other newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.windowxp.general.

However, in your case, if you have WinXP Pro, you can open the User
Accounts dialog window from the Control Panel and from there, add a new
account or change the name of one of the current account. If you have WinXP
Home, then I don't know.
