mdb to adp conversion

Is there a wizard that can convert a mde to adp? Third party tool?
I found a lot of documentations on converting older mdb to newer ones, and
upsizing to sql server. But since adp is a relatively new file type, other
than building it from scratch, there ought to be some ways to bring the
existing MDBs to this new form.
